Meet Sajdin Osmančević

Meet Sajdin Osmančević, a graduate in industrial design from the University of Sarajevo, Academy of Fine Arts Sarajevo and a former Bosana student. From being a scholarship recipient in the 2011/12 generation to now serving as the Technical Design Director at Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. in China, Sajdin's journey is nothing short of inspiring.

For years, he has been a regular attendee at the Auto(r) conference and actively participated in the Auto(r) Design Challenge, which he won in 2013, thereby fulfilling the conference's mission entirely.

From 2011 to 2012, Sajdin worked with "Misha Designs" in Los Angeles, then from 2012 to 2014 with the "Prevent Group," and from 2015 to 2016 with the "BMW Group." Since 2016, he has been employed with the "Volkswagen Group, Skoda," as an exterior designer. In 2019, he proudly unveiled his first independently designed car, the "Skoda Vision iV Concept."

From 2020 to 2021, Sajdin worked with "Ford Motor Company" and from 2021 to 2023 he worked with "Great Wall Motor Co.".

"During my journey to America, Senita Slipac and the Bosana Foundation were instrumental in supporting me as their scholarship recipient. During that time, I worked on six models for Porsche and four for Mercedes, and two of them were launched to the market.", remembers Sajdin.
