In the 2023 report, we are pleased to share that ten Bosana students participated in this year's 'Kick-start Your Career' Program.
The 2023 edition featured a special guest speaker, Faruk Gutic, a young medical doctor, who shared insights on the advantages of networking and active engagement on LinkedIn. The HUB Homework graciously provided the venue for this training, showcasing our ongoing and appreciated collaboration.

"Kick-start Your Career was a highly positive experience for me. The simulated job interviews were particularly beneficial, providing insights into potential questions and tricky situations. Just months later, I applied these lessons during my first job interview, securing an internship with a major pharmaceutical company. The knowledge gained in those two days truly paid off, as I was chosen for the position." - said Sumeja Hadžalić.

Nadja actively participated in our Vocational Program, collaborating closely with our "Kick Start Your Career" instructor, Aida, for job applications. She successfully secured a job in the spring of the previous year.
In 2022, Nadja officially earned her master's degree from the University of Bihac, specializing in Economics.

Suncica got her first full-time job in 2022, right after passing her exams and completing Bosana's KSYK training. This training was the final preparation for her first job interview, which she successfully passed. Since then, she has been working as a Junior Consultant at Lucid Linx, a consulting company that works with policymakers and practitioners in the public sector.
Aida Sujoldžić is a seasoned psychologist with over fifteen years of expertise in talent management, career consulting, soft skills training, and executive coaching, is an annual career orientation program designed for senior-year students.
